The 1997 tour was done as Special Guest of the Tina Turner's 'Wildest Dreams' tour.

According to the June 6th 1997 Edition of 'Entertainment Weekly", where they show the Top Ten concerts which had the most tickets sales, Tina Turner/Cyndi Lauper came in places 3,5,9 for the shows in Las Vegas, Dallas and Phoenix.
